Gun Rivets, technically known as Blind Rivets or Pop Rivets, are high-strength permanent fasteners designed for situations where the joint is accessible from only one side. The structural logic consists of a smooth rivet body and an internal mandrel. When a rivet gun pulls the mandrel, the body of the rivet collapses and expands on the "blind" side, creating a secure, vibration-resistant head that locks the materials together. These fasteners are widely used in Nepal for aluminum partition work, metal ducting, and vehicle body fabrication. Because they do not require heat like welding, they are the preferred choice for joining thin-gauge sheets and pre-painted metals without damaging the surface finish.
