  • Protective Film Overlay: Coated with plain black, brown, or logo film on both surfaces for a smooth, waterproof finish and effortless concrete demolding.

  • Melamine Resin Bonding: Formulated with 12% to 25% melamine glue to ensure maximum resistance against water soaking, moisture penetration, and edge delamination.

  • High Core Density: Engineered with a core density of 630 to 680 kg/m³ to withstand heavy wet concrete loads without warping or bowing.

  • Strict Moisture & Precision Control: Manufactured with maximum 12% moisture content and a tight ± 0.3 - 0.5mm tolerance for uniform slab casting.

  • Multi-Reuse Formwork Utility: Designed for repeated reuses in concrete slab casting, pillar molds, bridge work, and heavy structural framework.
